Return Policy


Returns are at your costs. If there is a manufacturing defect, the replacement will be entirely at our fresh. Online purchases cannot be exchanged in store.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Refunds (where appropriate)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. (delivery charges are non-refundable)

Late or missing refunds (where appropriate)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
