In Quebec, your precious package will leave by Purolator. Generally, unless there is a rare constraint, your order will be processed by our team of slipper enthusiasts, will leave the next working day after it has been placed and will arrive the day after it has left.

Shipping and handling charges are $8,50 and, if you buy our irresistible slippers for $105 or more, you won't have any shipping and handling charges.

Returns are at your expense. If there is a manufacturing defect, the replacement will be entirely at our expense. Online purchases cannot be exchanged in store.
